Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are not accepted for incorrect size, colour or fit issues
- These issues are resolved through an exchange or in-store credit only
- Please make use of our size charts to ensure you order the correct size
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- The cost of return postage is at the customers expense
- Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must have all tags attached or be in the original packaging
- Cosmetic goods must be unopened, unused and sealed
- Due to hygienic reasons we're unable to accept returns for opened or used cosmetic goods
- Returns may take up to 30 days to be processed, please contact us if it is outside of this time frame.
- We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of return postage
- The items are your responsibility until we receive them, ensure they are packaged sufficiently enough to not get damaged on the way.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We reserve the right to make the final judgement on whether an item is faulty, damaged or broken
- Please note that all sales on free items are final, the above policies do not apply to any items sold under our 'Free Giveaway promotion'.

- The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in the item.
- The warranty does not cover any damages or malfunctions caused by abuse, misuse or by any fault of the user.
- The warranty does not cover improper use of the item.
- The warranty terms are at the full discretion of Citra & Co.
Citra & Co reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for warranty.
